We provide discretion and anonymity. Our PRAMAH clients range from housewives, small business owners, to large corporate CEOs, high profile and high-net-wealth individuals. We are a consultant and a medical provider to Dancing with the Stars, competitors within the American Physique Committee (APC) and National Physique Committee (NPC), United States Military and several branches of law enforcement.
Many of our clients have homes, business ventures or vacation throughout the world. We want then to be their healthiest. We insure they receive the finest care at home and abroad. We organize and plan wellness stategies to keep them moving forward.
As with all relationships, we continue to grow. PRAMAH is now offering invitation only - high end - private concierge medical services. We strictly limit our membership to ensure we can deliver on our promises, big and small. Each member and their family is cared for in a way you would care for your own family member.

Beyond Boundaries
Athletes & Brain Injuries
The athletic world is not naive to sports related injuries such as concussions and traumatic brain injuries (TBI). Alike, the military sees many blast injuries exhibiting parallel symptoms of headaches, prolonged cognitive impairments, or even death.
At PRAMAH, we have partnered with the University of South Florida (USF) and Dr Joe Ditori, the owner of Under The Sea Oxygen clinic, to treat and improve outcomes from head injuries. Social awareness of potential short-and long-term sequelae of athletes who suffer brain injuries such as increased propensity for reinjury, cognitive slowing, early onset Alzheimer's, second impact syndrome, and chronic traumatic encephalopathy is growing.
With joint efforts, we are making significant strides in cognition using a combination of hyperbaric oxygen, cold baths and peptide therapy. Semax, selank, Dihexa and SS-31 are a few peptide therapies that have shown great promise for long term outcomes.
