We create an online portal for every client to complete. Once you’re set up, you’ll receive access to a secure online portal where you can complete medical forms, view your health records, manage billing, review your doctor’s recommendations, and access instructions for your therapies—all in one convenient place.
Yes, we offer both virtual and in-office consultations. For your convenience, we can also make special arrangements for appointments before 9 a.m., after 6 p.m., and on weekends upon request.
At PRAMAH, we strive to make access to care simple and timely. Most patients are able to schedule an appointment 24-48 hrs and in many cases same-week availability is possible depending on the type of visit.
We offer flexible scheduling, including in-office visits and telemedicine options
We do not accept insurance for visits, with the exception of TRICARE. However, we do work with all insurance plans for lab work and radiology studies to help minimize your out-of-pocket costs.
The doctor will spend a minimum of 30 mins up to one hour with each client. Currently, there is a simple consultation fee of $149. However, we regularly run special promotions throughout the year where the consultation fee is waived—so keep an eye out for zero-fee offers
No. There are no surprise or hidden fees, and many patients appreciate the flexibility to choose only the therapies that best support their health goals.
We always review any recommended services and their costs with you before moving forward, so you can make an informed decision about your care.
Because many of the products we provide are prescription medications or compounded treatments, certain restrictions apply for safety and regulatory reasons.
Once medication leaves our office, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Compounded medications prepared by a pharmacy cannot be returned once they have been made.
Orders that have already been processed for shipment or have shipped cannot be returned.
If an order has not yet been processed or shipped, it may be canceled. In those cases, we can provide either:
A full refund, or
A credit applied to your account that can be used toward any future PRAMAH services or products.

We do not send prescriptions to commercial pharmacies. From time to time, there are a few exceptions. Instead, we partner with trusted compounding pharmacies that prepare customized medications specifically for your needs, ensuring quality, safety, and convenience.

We partner with FDA-monitored 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies and manufacturers that meet the highest standards of safety, purity, and consistency. Medications are typically available within 24–48 hours. During peak seasons such as March, April, November, and December, processing times may be longer and can take up to 3 business days. All temperature-sensitive medications are shipped overnight on ice to ensure quality and safety.
Yes. We review all dosing instructions with you during your visit and any follow-up encounters, and we also send complete instructions to your secure portal. All necessary supplies and shipping are included with your medication at no extra cost.
