SERVICES & TREATMENTS

At PRAMAH we offer aesthetic and regenerative medicine treatments and services that are irrevocable. We do not offer any refunds for services rendered. All services are considered a FINAL SALE and will NOT be refunded or credited including but are not limited to: all laser service (hair removal, IPL, skin tightening, fascial rejuvenation), any injectables (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Kybella, exosomes, PRP, IV therapy, medications, supplements), facials and peels.
In the case a package or series of treatments has begun, the entire services will be considered rendered even though there may be sessions that are remaining that you have not completed. If you would like to stop any further treatments in the midst of a series a credit to your PRAMAH account will be issued for the pro-rated amount calculated from the discounted/original purchase price. The credit can be used towards other treatments, services, or products at PRAMAH . Aesthetic results vary from person to person and although we strive to achieve excellent results, the desired outcome cannot be guaranteed. By receiving services at PRAMAH you understand, accept and consent to these conditions.
We strive to provide each client with the highest quality and quantity of hands on care safe patient safety at the forefront. For this reason, we do not offer returns on any products purchased. If a product is brought back within 14 days of the original purchase date in the original box, unopened and undamaged, a credit in the amount of the discounted purchase price will be issued towards other products and services offered at PRAMAH. Should the product be defective (broken pump, cracked container) we will exchange the defective bottle for the same exact product as long as it is returned within 14 days of date of purchase.
Treatments & Packages Expiration All service packages and pre-paid treatments must be used within 1 year from he date of purchase or they will expire. We leave it up to our clients to set up appointments that best suite their schedule for the treatments they have purchased and thus we do not send out any reminders of expiration.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities. However, they can be transferred to another party.

REFERRAL POLICY

We love our clients! Refer a New Client to PRAMAH and receive a $10 credit towards any service or product. The credit will be applied to your PRAMAH account after the New Client's first treatment is complete.Credit must be used within one year. This is an account credit to you and has no cash value and but can be applied to services or products in the amount listed above.

PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION

  • Prescription medication must be paid for prior to placing an order with the pharmacy
  • Once an order is placed with the pharmacy and is in process, every individual pharmacy can make a decision if they are willing to cancel an order. Once the medication leaves the pharmacy in any capacity, it CANNOT BE RETURNED
  • Allergy to medication: every client is counseled to only order a 30 day supply of any medication that is NEW to you or from a NEW pharmacy. This is in an effort to make sure you do not develop an allergy to the medication which then must be discontinued. Again, once the medication is ordered and leaves the pharmacy, there are no returns on medication even if you develop an allergy or adverse reaction to any medication
