PRP therapy involves taking a small amount of blood from a patient's arm. The blood will be placed in a centrifuge to separate the blood into red blood cell and PRP components. Lastly the PRP component will be injected back into the patient using a microneedle. PRP injections can be used in combination with stem cells and injected into target areas to help enhance the regenerative effects and allow for patients to benefit from the effects of of both platelet rich plasma and stem cells in the targeted areas.
