Dr . Michelle Gillespie
Founder
Michelle Gillespie, DO is a board-certified internal medicine physician with 30 years of medical experience. She is also board-certified in aesthetics and pain management. She has specialized training in sports medicine, anti-aging, hormone and peptide therapies.
Dr Gillespie was born and raised in Canada . She moved to Florida in 1994 to continue her medical career. Dr Gillespie graduated with a B.Sc. in Biology and a B.Sc in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University. She obtained her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University. She then completed her internal medicine residency at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, Florida. Dr Gillespie worked for many years as a hospitalist and in 2015 she transitioned to the emergency room department where she is still actively working.
In founding PRAMAH performance and regenerative medicine, Dr Gillespie has shown her ability to deliver exceptional medical care using a multimodal approach. Dr Gillespie delivers a personalised touch and strives to maintain a one-to-one with clients. She ensures each client's has seamless and elevated experience.
Scott Youtz, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Scott Youtz, PA-C is a nationally certified Physician Assistant with over 10 years of medical experience. He specialized in providing exceptional primary care services, military veteran disability exams and alternative therapies for human performance. Scott Youtz works hand in hand with our non-profit affiliates with goals of decreasing veteran suicide and improving treatments for PTSD/TBI.
Scott Youtz was born in Indiana. He retired from the United States Air Force after serving 26 years. Scott Youtz spent the first 14 years as an enlisted Air Force Special Operations member prior to attending the military’s Interservice Physician Assistant program; a program that ranks in the top 10 in the country. Over the course of the next 10 years serving as an officer and medical provider he built an innovative, and unique to special operations, holistic,multidisciplinary clinic providing executive level medical services to the Air Force’s most elite special operations personnel. He ended a 26 year military career leading a team of 115 medical providers, nurses, technicians and specialists at MacDill AFB, FL.
Upon joining PRAMAH, Scott Youtz has added a depth of experience, leadership and medical acumen that compliments the already strong practice values present in the clinic. His ability to evaluate and treat any client with dignity, respect and discretion comes from his military service and the core values that resonate so deeply within the Armed Forces. His keen ability to cultivate a collaborative plan of care with his clients is unrivaled.
