PRAMAH is a medical practice that specializes in longevity, athletic performance, bioidentical hormone, and peptide therapy. Additionally, we provide bespoke Concierge Medical care utilizing the most advanced imaging and testing available.

At PRAMAH we are happy to collaborate with others; your personal fitness trainer to optimize your performance, primary care physician or medical specialist. Getting to the core of your concerns and problems is essential. We offer standard laboratory testing with Quest diagnostics and LabCorp. Then we go a step further with specialized testing with Genova, SpectraCell, Galleri, etc. Moreover, state of the art genetic testing with Natara and Invitae can provide unique genetic information so you can take control of your health. These tools help you protect yourself, get informed earlier and find target interventions.

Michelle Gillespie, D.O.

FOUNDER / CEO 

Michelle Gillespie, DO is a board-certified internal medicine physician with 30 years of medical experience. She is also board-certified in aesthetics and pain management. She has specialized training in sports medicine, anti-aging, hormone and peptide therapies.

Dr Gillespie was born and raised in Canada . She moved to Florida in 1994 to continue her medical career. Dr Gillespie graduated with a B.Sc. in Biology and a B.Sc in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University. She obtained her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University. She then completed her internal medicine residency at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, Florida. Dr Gillespie worked for many years as a hospitalist and in 2015 she transitioned to the emergency room department where she is still actively working.

In founding both PRAMAH & The Haven Concierge Medicine, Dr Gillespie has shown her ability to deliver exceptional medical care using a multimodal approach. Dr Michelle Gillespie delivers a personalised touch and strives to maintain a one-to-one with every patient. She ensures each client’s has a seamless and elevated experience.

SCOTT YOUTZ

PA-C

 Scott Youtz is a nationally certified Physician Assistant with over 10 years of medical experience. He specialized in providing exceptional primary care services, military veteran disability exams and alternative therapies for human performance. Scott Youtz works hand in hand with our non-profit affiliates with goals of decreasing veteran suicide and improving treatments for PTSD/TBI.

Scott Youtz was born in Indiana. He retired from the United States Air Force after serving 26 years. Scott Youtz spent the first 14 years as an enlisted Air Force Special Operations member prior to attending the military’s Interservice Physician Assistant program; a program that ranks in the top 10 in the country. Over the course of the next 10 years serving as an officer and medical provider he built an innovative, and unique to special operations, holistic,multidisciplinary clinic providing executive level medical services to the Air Force’s most elite special operations personnel. He ended a 26 year military career leading a team of 115 medical providers, nurses, technicians and specialists at MacDill AFB, FL.

Upon joining PRAMAH, Scott Youtz has added a depth of experience, leadership and medical acumen that compliments the already strong practice values present in the clinic. His ability to evaluate and treat any client with dignity, respect and discretion comes from his military service and the core values that resonate so deeply within the Armed Forces. His keen ability to cultivate a collaborative plan of care with his clients is unrivaled.

STEPHANIE K PRIBBLE

MSN, APRN, NP-C

Stephanie K Pribble is a certified Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of medical experience. She obtained her Associate degree in Nursing in Oklahoma and completed the Master Degree in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Indiana State University. She then joined the United States Military in 2012. .She subsequently separated from the United States Air Force in 2022 where she remains an active reservist today. Stephanie Pribble comes to PRAMAH with an advanced understanding and experience with general and surgical pediatrics, adult primary care and several years in a pain management.

Stephanie Pribble is the lead advanced practicing clinician at PRAMAH completing Veteran Disability Evaluations for disabled veterans of the United States Military.

ANDREA LYNN

MSN, APRN, NP-C

Andrea Lynn is a board-certified Adult/Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of healthcare experience. After earning degrees in Biological Science and Nursing from Florida State University in 2010, Andrea worked in an emergency and a critical care setting for eight years before pursuing advanced studies. In 2020, Andrea completed a Master’s Degree in Nursing from University of South Florida.

With deep commitment to veteran care, Andrea joined our team of those completing veteran disability evaluations in 2022. Andrea brings expertise from various areas of healthcare including cardiology and more. Andrea is connected to the military life thru her husband who is an Air Force Veteran.

A strong advocate for lifestyle medicine, Andrea emphasizes the transformative power of nutrition and movement, empowering the body’s natural ability to heal and thrive.
